A special beer made from chestnuts. Smooth, elaborate, finely fruited. Very nice smoked profile that recalls roasted chestnuts, with a light tannic taste and shades of forest undergrowth. It’s the beer of the Apennines. Pairs well with all kinds of mushrooms, truffles, & matured cheese.
