This is a hopped up version of the American favorite. The amber hue is complemented by the aroma and flavor of Cascade and Centennial hops. Not as biter and alcoholic as the I.P.A. style, but all the hops of one. Mouth feel is a bit resinous from the practice of dry-hopping, more than a pound of hops per barrel! So, enjoy this hop juicy brew!
