Description:
Until recently, gose (pronounced goes-uh) was lost to the fog of history, but thanks to the craft beer boom these ancient German ales are experiencing a renaissance. Brewed with Meyer lemon peel and coriander, this hazy golden beer is low in alcohol, light and refreshing. Anything Gose has a mild lemony tartness and a quick hit of minerality from the use of kosher salt in the brewing process.
