Nit Wit is our 2012 GABF Pro-Am beer. We teamed up with Keith Bradley, a homebrewer from Austin, TX to bring you this traditional Belgian-Style Witbier. Made with coriander, chamomile, and fresh zest from oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and limes, this wit has a complex aroma full of spice and citrus reminiscent of Thai curry. Soft bread malt is forward in the flavor followed by spice, citrus, and a slightly tart character near the finish. Although the flavor and aroma are complex, this beer is well balanced and easy drinking.
