Description:
For the style originating in the famous brewing town of Munich we use only Weyermann Wheat and Pilsner malts and obey the Reheinsgebot (German beer purity law) to create this classic German beer. We use a 3 stage mash profile and German Hefe yeast along with a relatively soft Munich water profile to give the beer a nice spicy clove flavor with subtle hints of banana and honey in the finish.
