We brew a new single hop IPA every month. Every hop has it’s own character - much like the difference between wine grapes - so we adjust each recipe to bring out the best in each hop and let it’s unique flavours take centre stage.
Marynka hails from Poland and is often used only for bittering. We think it’s expressive leafy and herbaceous aroma deserves a front seat.
