Traditionally, any water that is used in the brewing process is referred to as "Liquor"- hot liquor to brew with and cold liquor to chill it after the boil. This strong malty ale was brewed with malted barley, crystal malts, roasted barley, wheat, oats and rye and hopped with a combination of American and German hops. A sipping beer that is meant to be savored.
