Valley Farmhouse IPA is a cross between a Belgian and an American IPA, Belgian yeast is used in this hopped up "Saison Nouveau" to deliver a great hop punch along with that classic funk that you’ve come to enjoy. Grains of Paradise, Green Peppercorns, Lemongrass are introduced to the boil at the last moment to deliver a very spicy and unique aroma and flavor profile. Enjoy!
