Mainly available bottled in 750ml champagne bottles, although a little of it will be put into cask.
The first brew for Dominion Brewery. This beer is brewed with Maris Otter Ale Malt; and Bramling Cross hops. As my mother came from Norwich, Norfolk malt was a must. Bramling Cross hops were first bred by crossing English and Manitoban hops – as close as I could get to Toronto – What’s 1,000 miles anyway! – Therefore this combination seemed to be the one to start with.
