A Boxer’s Choice Selection that is a lightly hopped Golden Ale that is fruity in character from the use of Mosaic hops. This beer was originally brewed for China Brew & Beverage 2012 in Beijing and our hop supplier; Yakima Chief. The bitterness of this beer is low but the hop aroma is medium as this beer was dry hopped near the end of fermentation with more Mosaic hops. The hops contribute floral and tropical fruit notes such as pineapple and passionfruit.
