This utterly insane brew was conceived to celebrate brewer Dave’s 20,000th UK beer (ratebeer backlog of 19,875ish!). Pale malt and wheat base, columbus for bittering in the boil, galaxy for flavour, then an absurd amount of Isohop post fermentation (after the IKE we ordered for the boil didn’t arrive in time!). 20,000 Theoretical IBUs, we’re awaiting the lab results for the actual
