An inviting, 5% a.b.v. ale that we call a breakfast beer. Modeled after a bowl of cereal,it’s made with barley, wheat, oats and rye, and is finished with honey. The hop character in this beer is subtle and lends hints of black currant and mint. We ferment this beer very dry and add milk sugar to create a delicate and unique sweetness. The large quantities of honey and specialty grains enable this lower-alcohol refresher to provide a unique taste that’s like a sunrise in your mouth.
