Different from our November-March seasonal Kaldis Coffee Stout, this recipe contains slightly different malts and hops, and a different brewing process designed specifically to be served from a live cask and beer engine at our Tap Room. Freshly ground coffee beans are dumped directly into the unfiltered cask at serving time, and the lucky soul who "kills the cask" may actually find some tasty grits in the last pint or two.
