This unfiltered Bavarian-style ale is a dark, full-bodied version of our popular Nor’Wester Hefe Weizen. This ale was brewed with selected Oregon wheat malt milled at our microbrewery, then slowly cold conditioned after fermentation. Our Dunkel Weizen has a unique and smooth finish distinct from other dark ales and lagers.
