First brewed in June 2013. Brewed again in May 2014.
Jamaican Stout.
Drawing on the tradition of strong complex stouts from the Caribbean, this brew was created with no fewer than 6 different malts in addition to 15kg of lusciously sticky Muscovado sugar and a dose of black peppercorns; It was hopped with the characterful UK variety Bramling Cross in the copper to balance the rummy flavour with a fruity hoppiness.
Malt: Low-colour Maris Otter, Wheat, Carared, Chocolate Wheat, Carafa Special 1 and 3.
Hops: Herkules and Bramling Cross. Yeast: US05
