Our Biere de Oregon, “Southern Sky” is the marriage of a French biere de garde and a Bohemian Pilsner, with certain Oregon sensibilities. Effervescent and nicely bodied with moderate hopping that carries and transforms throughout the mouth with a very dry finish.
