When Peter Zien agreed to help us make this extra special version of Speedway Stout for Urge Gastropub’s 5th anniversary, it was a dream come true. Aged for one year in 23-year-old Evan Williams bourbon barrels, then infused with Madagascar vanilla beans and bourbon-barrel aged Jamaica Blue Mountain cold-brew from the guys at Mostra Coffee, we think you’ll appreciate what we’ve been able to create.
