Description:
Classic English-style Pale Ale with a twist, okay, maybe a couple. It is made with 30% rye malt to lend a spicy, dry finish. To complement this we added Styrian Goldings and Saaz to hops to give a clean crisp hop bitterness. This ale has a medium body with a small percentage of crystal and Munich malts to give it a slight caramel, sweet malt presence.
