Ingredients: Ploudal Water, Malt (Pilsen and Munich), Seaweed (Kombu Royal), Hops, Sugar, Yeast
Cultivating its difference from the seaweed that composes it, the Ouessane, blond beer, will seduce consumers with its unique flavours and will delight lovers of escape with its particularity. Its foam is white, airy, moderately abundant and slightly persistent. Its colour is golden yellow, slightly hazy. First of all, on the nose, there are fairly pronounced malt aromas (characteristic of Pilsen malt). They are accompanied by fairly present iodized notes and slight aromas reminiscent of ripe fruit. Then, to the taste, it is a beer with a very light bitterness, astringent on the finish with a surprising but pleasant iodized hint. Finally, this beer is light and refreshing. The algae remains discreet here.
