This is our own version of the classic hefeweizen style with a Midwest twist. Brewed with white wheat from Wisconsin, this blonde ale is lively and fresh. We engineered this wheat ale to appeal to those favoring a lighter beer. Our wheat ale is purposefully cloudy in the glass and mild on the palate.
