Description:
One of three limited release ciders in our triple brett threat series, "Saison Brett" is fermented with saison ale yeast harvested from our saison reserve and brettanomyces that were cultured and grown at Cider Creek. This cider has a funky brett nose, citrus, white pepper and earthy notes, followed by a dry, sour finish.
