Description:
2007 and 2008 vintages : brewed with honey, 2 varieties of pepper (black and szechuan) and star anise. 6.1%
2009 : not made
2010 : Brewed with pilsner malts, munich malts, crystal, chocolate malt and candi sugar. Hopped at 25 IBU’s with Ahtanum, Simcoe and Centennial.
Spices : Black pepper, coriander, orange peel and indian fennel.
Naturally refermented with brettanomyces bruxellensis in a secondary tank.
