This bright Doppelbock is brewed in loving memory of Mr. Frederick Miller, founder of the Miller Brewing Company, who studied to become a brew master at a brewery right next to the royal castle of the Kohenzollern in Sigmaringen, Germany. The beer is a testament to what Old Fred would have brewed in his times, using the same water source and the highest quality locally sourced raw materials. We just added a bit of new world flavor using American Cascade hops. Triple hopped.
