A wild ale blended from long-aged Lambic-inspired barrels, this was refermented with Southern Oregon late-picked Zinfandel grapes, then extensively and naturally conditioned in bottles.
Though fermented dry, the grapes provide an enticing impression of fruit sweetness countered by a balanced acidity, delicate oak and nuanced Brettanomyces character.
