Description:
We’re celebrating 20 years of heady beers with this Imperial India Pale Ale. Always challenging our palates and our brewers’ talents, we added a massive dose of Hash for an aggressive hop punch, and followed with a secondary fermentation on Brettanomyces to bring some funk to that soul.
The hops deliver first with a residual sweetness of the Hash, followed by passionfruit, tangerine, and citrus aromas leading to the tartness on the finish. An extraordinary creating tapping many talents, built up into a beautifully hazy, weirdly wonderful brew.
