Description: In celebration of their National Day, we invited Belfast's Boundary Brewery to take over the taps at the Refectory and it seemed only fitting that we brew a beer together to mark the occasion.
We wanted a beer with masses of flavour but also masses of drinkability which you can enjoy long into the Spring evenings.
Making up a complex malt grist of extra pale, vienna, wheat and oats all tied together with the Dupont yeast strain and some maltodextrin for body. Topped with an international array of our favourite hops, we aimed to make a light beer which remains full bodied and bustling with flavour and funky aroma!
