Hoppy Crew w akcji – warzy nowe DDH DIPA i trafia na puszki. Po burzy mózgów – przebiegającej w pokojowej atmosferze – listę chmieli otwiera Mosaic®, wnosząc nutę owoców tropikalnych i nafty. Simcoe® wzmacnia tropikalny profil piwa i dodaje żywicznego charakteru. Galaxy® uzupełnia smak i aromat o białe owoce. Hop Rate: 25g/l.
Hoppy Crew in action – brewing new DDH DIPA and ending up on labels. After a brainstorm – running in a peaceful atmosphere – we decided to open the list of hops with Mosaic®, which brings a decent punch of mango, guava and some citrus notes. Simcoe® enhances the beer’s tropical profile and adds resinous character. Galaxy® compliments the taste and aroma with white fruits and berries. Hop Rate: 25g/l.
