Bramling Cross is a 1927 cross between a Golding variety, Bramling, and a Manitoban wild hop. It has strong ’American’ aroma characteristics with spicy, lemon and blackcurrant notes. These Bramling Cross hops come from the Finchcocks’ hop garden in Goudhurst, Kent. Once again the beer is triple hopped to get the best out of these wonderful hops.
