Ingredients: Malted barley; Whist grist; Hops; Cardamom; Coriander; Black pepper.
This 50% malted wheat and barley beer was commissioned by the John Hewitt Bar to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Barney Hughes, philanthropist and inventor of the Belfast Bap. The story goes he handed out free vouchers to folks down on their luck which they could redeem for Belfast Baps from his bakery.
