After ratings
Apart from your ratings and therefore your discoveries, which beers you drink very often. I do not talk about pils when you're thirsty but beers you take in being of course not to be disappointed!
Personally, I have several that I often take late in the evening (before being soulful because ... you must drink in moderation!).
I quote them to you?
Chimay Triple Blanche
Rochefort 8
Millevertus IPA Pot'Ame
Triple Karmeliet
Others foreign to Belgium are too expensive or too rare to be taken daily!
And for you

These days only Orval & Duvel (sometimes the Tripel Hop Citra version), I used to redrink several beers like Cantillon Kriek (recently did that again), Avec le Bons Voeux, Taras Boulba & Abbaye des Rocs Brune. No regular foreign beers either, I had a brief flirt with Brooklyn Sorachi Ace.
There are just so many new beers out there these days, I don’t really redrink anything else. If there is no new beer I opt for Orval & if they don’t have it Duvel. I do still buy Orval from time to time.
I do not drink pils.

De Molen Hel & Verdoemenis
Orval
Gulpener Ur-Hop
Stone IPA

Hel en verdoemenis 666, oud beersel oude geuze , duchesse de bourgogne Rochefort 10 Hoogheid IPA ... are the ones I drink most . Tons of other stuff if neither of these are available in the bar I'm at. I tend to re-drink quite a lot ! At the bar I wirk usually pick my favorite from tap, or pils 13 since its light and awesome.

I do not really understand because if you like a beer in favor of a rating, why not take it back? Are you just a collector? I think not ! I myself am a collector but I like to recover the sensations experienced during magnificent tastings!

I enjoy trying new beers a lot, I like the collecting and surprise aspect of it. If there are new beers I will go for those first. If I had to choose between collecting & drinking, I might be tempted to choose collecting.
At the end of a festival I will revisit usually the beer I like the most, there is just so much beer out there these days.

Saison Dupont pour finir une dégustation ! Very good

I probably drink more saison Dupont than I drink any other beer. Orval and Hill Farmstead saisons are up there though.

I have yet to find Leopold 7 Timber, I have honestly never seen Millevertus IPA Pot'âme since I tried it at Zythos last year. Wallonian beers don’t seem to make it always over the language border unless if it is a big brand. Belgium seems to be still a bit regional in that aspect, it works the other way around I think for some Flanders breweries but I am not enough in Wallonia to be certain.
