Quite nice place in Bologna rather far from the center (we went by car). They had one wall full of Italian beers, but their international selection was quite good too. Prices were OK (beer seems to be rather expensive in italy). From the international selections there seemed to be a focus on british and belgian beers. British beers included quite a bit of Kernel, WildBeer, Weird Beard, some Buxton, Siren, Beavertown, .. Quite a nice selection. They also had quite a nice selection of sour beers, especially quite a bit of Cantillon, which was rather surprising. All of the regulars, but also some special ones, like St. Lamvinus, ... Prices for the large Cantillons was at close to 20 euros which I guess is OK (I have seen quite a bit more). Overall definitly recommended for both Italian but also international beers. (the entry here says 200 beers, I would think its more than 300-400..).

Easy to reach with bus 20. Lives up to its name. Huge beer selection with quantities of Italian beers to choose from including many ltd releases all very well priced as well as many foreign beers. So bottles are also ready to try in the fridge. Fair prices compared to other shops. Only low point was the service, quasi inexistent. I stayed for close to an hour and all the owner said was hello - about 30min into my visit and ciao. All is an all, an amazing place to visit, will go again and maybe have more luck chatting with the guy.

Il migliore Beershop di Bologna. Capitatoci per caso è diventato il mio punto di riferimento per l’acquisto e la conoscenza di birre artigianali. La competenza e la passione del proprietario vanno a braccetto con la cortesia e la gentilezza con cui si prodiga per cercare il prodotto migliore per le tue esigenze. Se passate in zona non mancatelo!!

Veramente un’ottimo beershop! Grande, molto ben fornito e con la possibilità di iscriversi a corsi di homebrewing tenuti in negozio.

Great beer shop just outside the old town. Good selection of local, european and american beers. You can also have a drink while you shop.

Top place in town, with an excellent selection. Its a beer store, but you can enjoy your beer there as well. A bit out of the center (bus 20, 15 min ride). Big selection, friendly owner, good prices. The place to be in order to buy some Italian micro.

If you are looking for beers in Bologna this is the place to go, Not in the center so we had to take a taxi, but boy, were we happy we went there. The shop is big and spacious with load of shelfs full of rare and hard to find beers. I went there looking for Italian beers, but was surprised at the amount of american and other micro’s that were available. Roberto the owner is very friendly, knowledgable and super happy to beer talk and show you around his shop. The bonus is he has two fridges full of goodies that you can drink there while you browse the beers but due to licensing laws you have to open the beer yourself and drink it in a plastic glass. This in my opinion is the best beer spot in bologna in terms of selection and dedication. This is a must visit place!

Competenze e cortesia uniche, ottima selezione di birre. Inoltre è possibile acquistare tramite loro da Mr malt senza sovrapprezzo e senza spese di spedizione. Hanno sempre qualcosa in offerta e comunque i prezzi sono buoni. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ottimo beershop con vasta selezione di birre. Personale molto disponibile, gentile e preparato. Inoltre disponibili articoli per homebrewing con mailing-list apposita per ordini a cadenza più o meno mensile. Periodicamente si trovano offerte su otttime birre a prezzi incredibili. Grande Roberto!
