88 Pleasant traditional interior with long bar at the one side of the room. We came in for lunch as it was pouring outside and they somehow managed to find us a table. I'd recommend reserving since it was packed. The bottle list had about 30 craft beers including 5 or 6 Cantillons. Reasonably priced too. We went for Racine. Food was fantastic, beef (or was it veal?) cooked for 15 hours was out of this world. Friendly, but professional service. Cheese platter was served with Cantillon gueuze. Great place which I wouldn't mind revisiting. |

74 Stopped in for lunch with no reservation for a group of 4 at open and they were able to accommodate us (even though we definitely were not dressed for the occasion). A fancier old school place with wood panelling, white table clothes, fancy cutlery and wait staff who know their stuff. Great food selection but at a price, usually 1-2 Cantillon draughts, Zenne bottles, great wine list and of course they used to have some one of Cantillon if you knew who to talk too. Worth visiting for the food and atmosphere alone (if you like fancier places) but the beer goes well too. |

86 Enjoyed Cantillon Chouke from keg, sitting at the bar, a couple of months ago. I hope I will be able to go there for dinner too in the future since it's a beautiful place with very nice ambiance. The beer selection is small but there are nice lambics and other Belgian beers to taste along with your food so I will give 12/15. |
88 Booked a table (and a bottle of Cantillon Chouke) in here via email, in advance. Old school vibe, with smart waiters and lots of wood panelling all around. Had the house special, a vol au vent with chicken stew. Missus had cod and shrimps. They weren’t the cheapest plates of food we’ve had in Brussels, but they were some of the best. Chocolate mousse is simple, but delicious, too. Will be booking for here again, on our next trip. Great place. |
76 First up this is a food restaurant not a beer destination. And it's fairly pricey. If you are okay with this then go ahead because the food is very decent and the beer list although only one page long has Cantillon Gueuze on tap in mega condition and a very good selection of De La Senne Beers. Food is around 17 euros for starters and 22 euros for mains. Include Moules, slow cooked pork cheek, chicken in vinegar sauce, slow cooked cod etc. This is an old school Belgo/Franco style brasserie restaurant with waiters in waistcoats, wood panelled walls and old fashioned service. I thought the food was very tasty. Somewhere between old fashioned and classic. |
66 Not a huge beer list. Food is good but overpriced. It’s a restaurant with some beers on the list but I wouldn’t choose this restaurant to try beers, for this there are better places in Bruxelles. |
84 We came for Moules et Frites without a reservation.Allthough the place was fully booked, The chef himself decided that we could be squezed in with a set menu. The food was absolutely magnificent. I never had better mussels in my life. The beers were Ranke XX Bitter, Rulles Estivale and Cantillon 100%. Obviously a choice made by someone who knows how to pair food and wine. If you want a nice dinner in between all the beers, this is highly recommendable |
