50 So not too much to say about this place except its still probably the best one in Hamilton to visit. The beer people/manager knows his stuff and does the best they can to bring interesting things in, even going as far as to talk to reps and transfer things, always has regular seasonals and other harder to find LCBO items (for Hamilton at least). |
42 One positive thing about this place, at least it’s not the BMC emporium next door called the beer store. Selection is pretty bad by western standards. This is supposedly Canada and yet they had no, I repeat, no Unibroue. I live in a small town in Central PA and yet I can get 6-7 different kinds of Unibroue at my local market. I’m guessing this is government run since no one there seemed to know anything about what they were selling. |
58 Decent, if somewhat disorganized LCBO. They seem to get a lot of the newer releases in, although the staff don’t always know where they are. They were pretty friendly though, letting me root around the back since I had checked the inventory for what I wanted before I went in. Prices are standardized, so nothing to tell there, but it’s a hell of a lot better than the downtown Hamilton LCBO. |
60 best lcbo in hamilton. gets all the seasonals. minimal parking. easy to get to off the 403. |
56 Overall this is a pretty good lc, it has a decent selection of of beers, this one is actually quite good for ontario beers, which is nice to see. prob the best in the area |
