Beer Shop (Ljubljana)

2020 : Close to centre and close to the central bus station but yeah Ljublana is small so nothing is really far. Easy to find. Same owner as Lajbah. Phenomenal selection really by international standards, stupid really by Slovenian standards. There is more these days but the owner is the guy who started it and is still looking to push the envelope, when I was there he said that he was planning to start distributing lambiek in proper quantities. Selection is not huge but everything there is amazing from a Slovenian selection where everything I got was just killer to Põhjala, Lervig, Omnipollo, Brewski all the greatest hits in Europe currently. About 6 taps, he had remains of a Collective Arts tap going on when I was there. What really got me about this place about the all killer selection at good prices were a) this guy paving the way and clearly being still ahead the curve b) setting this up in Slovenia c) really lovely service, he was very friendly, talked at lengths about the beer scene, his vision etc. Bonus points he told me that my airline company had gone bankrupt and helped me plan my further trip in light of this, that is just superb service really. Really loved this place.

Small beershop in Ljubljana. Small selection of beers (smaller then in the other stores in Ljubljana). Very friendly staff that knows a lot about the beers in the shop.

Really small beer shop attached to Gas Station bar. Some rare Slovenian stuff (Carniola, Bevog) and pretty common European beers. Reasonable prices. If you are nearby worth of visit.

A very, very small beer shop in Ljubljana with an almost "office" like interior. The shelves were about halfway full but had quite a varied selection from across Europe and the pond. The selection is somewhat basic in terms of craft beweries, but there are some very special exceptions as well as having most of the European "must-haves". In general a good selection for anyone not quite sure what they’re looking for, other than a good beer. I am also adding a point for selection, because they have most proper glassware available for purchase, as well as a patio in front.

Great beer shop with huge variety of beers and reasonable prices. It’s one of the rare beer shops in Ljubljana.

Great beer shop nearby Ljubljana’s main cemetery :) Attached to Gas station pub. Plain and simple interior, but most important are shelves and what’s on them. Very good choice of international beers, fair prices, only clerk should have been be more helpful. Worth of visiting it...
