Pretty small bar with a handful of regulars drinking on a Thursday evening. The beer selection was a good mix of styles and high quality beers though only 3/12 taps were Spanish. Quite a few UK beers from Siren, Kernel, and Magic Rock. Beers were served in great condition. 3 options for draft sizes, and prices were decent. Small selection of bottles. The bartender mentioned that in a few weeks they would only stock bottles of beers that age well such as stouts and sours. Friendly staff that were knowledgeable about the beers. Ate some meat and cheese which were pretty mediocre. Overall I’d say it’s better than I expected for a Madrid bar though it doesn’t compare to the best beer bars around Europe and is also a step below Irreale in Madrid.

The quality of the bottle and tap lists here cannot be overstated given what is available in Spain. The brightly lit, coffee shop like atmosphere didn’t inspire a long hangout, but the neighborhood is littered with other destinations.

Un lugar maravilloso para cualquier aficionado. Aunque es ruidoso si se llena, hay mesas bajas y se suele estar muy cómodo. El barril es su punto más fuerte, ya que aparte de rotar por una variedad enorme (con cosas realmente difíciles de encontrar), los precios no están nada nada mal. Aunque se centre en las nuevas corrientes artesanas, también se ven de vez en cuando belgas potentes de corte clásico. La selección de quesos y vinos es excelente y a falta de probar varias de las tapas, casi puedo adelantar que son estupendas. Además son gente de lo más amigable.

Nice, small place. Nice beer selection on tap and bottle. The owner is very kindfull and knows about his beers. Worth a visit.

Un lugar con decoración minimalista, música ecléctica, adecuada cristalería y un servicio profesional. Buena selección de grifos rotatorios –principalmente de Artesanas internacionales- y botellas; asi como interesantes platos para maridar. Precios correctos. Muy recomendable para un trago pausado y disfrutar el momento. Reviewed on jun´13. A minimalist decorated place, eclectic music, proper glassware & professional service. Nice selection of rotating taps –mainly international craft beers- & bottles as well as interesting food pairings. Prices are correct. Highly suggested to enjoy a paused drink.

Buena comida, seleccion de botellas con lambicas y kriek, buenísima tap list. De los mejores de Madrid. Volveremos.
