Duffy’s Tavern and Family Restaurant

The food is good. Note that I didn’t say gourmet. If you’re looking for frisée salad with lardons, topped with pinenut/caper aioli and garlic & gorgonzola crostini then Duffy’s isn’t your kind of place. The people are like a family, and family ain’t always smiling and dabbing at your spaghetti dribble. If you want to be treated like the sun rises and sets in your honor and your backside smells of potpourri, you may not like the very earthbound reality of the Duffy’s mileau. Typical neighborhood bar beer selection on tap with a 10-15 different bottles available.
