Upscale beer bistro in a chic plaza. All of their beers plus plenty of others available in small pours. Good service although not beer centric. Food was good but a bit pricey as expected. A bit out of the way makes this a nice stop only if you are around the area.

Stripmall location, so plenty of parking. Classy place with lots of stone. Restaurant tables in one room, loooong bar in another, and a decent patio. Good beer list, only two options for set flights, but 5 ounce pours of anything were available. Very friendly server who smiled a lot. A lot. Tasty creative food. Solid choice for our dinner.

Not hard to find with previous raters hints. Was dark and cool but with heaters the patio was cozy. Beers were good and plentiful. Meatloaf was tasty. A lot of love for Stone in the merchandise shelf.

This gastropub is tucked neatly away in a shopping area just off I-15 in Rancho Bernardo. The host stand is large and welcoming (though it took a couple minutes for an actual person to welcome me). There is a community table to the right of the host stand and the bar is directly behind the stand, though it is quite loud. There is ample seating inside but I chose the heated patio while I sipped beers and enjoyed the ceviche and beer cheese soup. I must say, this is by far the best beer cheese soup I have sampled. My server was very attentive and friendly and other’s servers seemed to be offering equal treatment.

In a funky shopping center, the place is bigger than expected. Large tap selection. I was lucky enough to show up when Lost Abbey put 5 beers on tap including Spontaneous Cheer!! The food was really tasty and the staff friendly. A great place to spend a couple hours beating up your liver..

Stopped in for dinner and a few rakes. This place is hard to find using your typical maps app, so make note of the address and follow the numbers on the buildings. For the record, if you enter the main shopping center entrance, it’s off to your right near the Pizza Hut.

Nice patio area and some dining room seating off to the left with the bar to your right when entering the restaurant. Sat at the bar and perused the beer menu. They do small pours/flights, which is always appreciated. Grabbed a handful of new beers to taste. Food is I guess a bit along the lines of fancied pub food. Didn’t feel like ordering a burger and fries, so I got the seared Ahi tuna. Wasn’t bad, but kind of bland if you didn’t use their sauce. Wouldn’t order it again.

Service was great and friendly, particularly from the one woman who I ordered my beer from. Overall, pretty good pricing on everything. Would come back.

Upscale sports bar atmosphere, which isn’t really my thing, but the beer selection is good, with a few interesting hard to find beers. Friendly bar tenders, and not too expensive. I haven’t tried the food, but the menu looks good. I will be going back.
