A small store that has a few locals and not much else. When we were there, they were selling off all the high end imports at a significant discount. Likely a very mediocre shop once everything is gone.

I visited it after a run around Thetis lake on CapFlu’s recommendation and was happy to find several additional beers and ciders I had not grabbed downtown yet, especially the bonus american microbrews were great.

After Joss’s last trip out to Victoria, I finally decided to add the Six Mile to the list of above average bottleshops. Firstly because its well off towards View Royal/Colwood and there isn’t too much else out there - the Colwood Private Liquor Store is garbage in comparison but the BCLS Signature store is on par only much farther out in Langford. I am most impressed with Six Miles aggressive ordering of American microbrews that are rare to the BC market, really only Brewery Creek in Vancouver compares from the limited scene I have witnessed. You can find ceramic Rogue bottles, the odd growler and some Lost Coast, Elysian and most of the local micro seasonals.
