Gillian’s Ale House

Made a quick trip after work before closing time. Kind of a small bar with some loud music. Staff was friendly enough. Guinness Draught was served in a the appropriate glass. Mainly saw basic pint glasses elsewhere. I would call selection average with the local favorites Sam Adams Lager, Light and Seasonal(didn’t see which one they had). Harpoon’s IPA and of course Narragansett Lager. More of a basic pub atmosphere with the obligatory TV’s for sports addicts. Mainly macro brewed beers but had some offerings for the adventurous. The Guinness Black Lager was offered but wasn’t on the menu. They also had Anchor Porter which was a surprise. Not bad overall and may visit after work for the occasional brew.
