They cater to both the beer and wine crowd. Since I only do beer, and extract (w/ grains), I’ll have to limit my comments to that. They have a Good selection of equipment in stock, and I’ve yet to meet someone working there that was NOT friendly, helpful and knowledgable about their products. They offer the absolute BEST kits I’ve used (out of about 6 or so sources), and they’re customizable ~ all you have to do is ask. They don’t ever seem too busy, but that might be because I’m there when the first open, having to make a 5 hour round trip to get to Flagstaff. There’s certainly never dust anywhere and all the liquid yeast I’ve bought is months out from the expiration so it Seems like there’s good turnover. IMHO, it’d be hard to go wrong with this shop. They’ve got a lock on my business while I’m local, and quite possibly after I move too.
