Worst brewery chain in the country. Few beers of poor quality and overpriced.

Standard Gordon Biersch offering the regular line-up plus the seasonals. This one has increased ambiance due to the unique architecture, shape of the place and that we’re overlooking Mill Ave too. Cool stuff. The standard line-up was on tap so I actually skipped having a beer here. I ordered up the Kobe beef burger here and it was done up to perfection, which I can’t claim this for the other location here in Phoenix. All in all a great experienced enjoyed by my wife and 6 yr old son too. We took the train around town and then stopped here for lunch. We’ll be back.

The location is interesting, especially if you sit on the 2nd floor patio. The beers are good, but the selection was limited - I tend to like more Ales, but could not expect to find them here since this place favors German styles by design. Food was OK, but the service was terrible - they got a huge unexpected party and forgot about my table for a long time. I might try again to see if things are better.

The least impressive place to visit on Mill. I’ve only been a handful of times, and every time I go I feel uncomfortable. The atmosphere stinks, and their tap selection is weak. The beer isn’t bad, but it’s nothing to write home about. It feels too corporate.

cool second story spot on mill right off the train stop. seemed like a good place to try and hide in a drunken stupor since rula bula is so bad... it’s pretty standard with the exception of the location (i wish i could get these spots... bastards!) and incredible service even though they were packed. the food is standard to mediocre but few corporate places really stand out anymore.

i guess it’s cool if you’re riding the train all day drinking at every stop that you can... or you need to get off of mill and hide.

The more I go to Gordon Biersh and/or Rock Bottom the less impressed I am with them. They serve different kinds of beer, but none are good. And I’m being generous as their food is probably worse than their beer. The server we had wasn’t bad just kind of awkward.

If you’re on Mill, then this s a decent place to have a beer at lunch, but I wouldn’t recommend getting grounded here if you’re going out for a night on the town. Limited selection and very commercial setting. Better for food than beer.

Typical GB, kind of upscale, not really a comfortable place. Only 4-5 beers on tap. Not a place I am rushing to get back to.
