76 Very nice place but the prices aren’t too high. Ambiance is a solid 10. Service is on par with what you would expect from a nice restaurant. Their selection was not all that great but better than what you would expect. I was surprised to see SN Bigfoot on tap; maybe I’m just easily impressed. The food was really good. Fair prices for the quality. I’m judging it as an overall experience, not just a beer place. |
86 This upscale restaurant is a must visit for any visitor to Columbia who enjoys great food along with the appropriate beer to be enjoyed with the meal. Everyone in our group of six loved their menu choices, and the beer options included a selection of every style that I would have wanted to pair with the food. The limitations of being in a small college town were evident in that no really esoteric beer was available. |
88 Great food and great beer. |
82 Great place to have a few beers. Sign up for a beer tasting night. These are amazing. They taste a few beers from a brewery and pair it with great food. They had a few lately from Goose Island, Founders, Left Hand, Ect. Good food, good beer, what else you need? |
90 If it is distributed in MO, Sycamore will get it and then some. Great bottle list as well as rotating taps that may not be great in quantity but make up for it in quality. The food improves every year. They do great beer dinners and have the best happy hour specials in town (again, quality-wise). |
92 Best place in town. Excellent taps that rotate constantly Sanford will get the best that is possible to get in Missouri. Great bottle list. Beer dinners. And a James Beard nominee as chef. |
