This is a bar/restaurant that has undergone several changes of management. However, the current owner has in many ways, "hit the spot". This is a popular joint for the 22-45 crowd, but most of the patrons seem to come for the macros, food and games and overlook the respectable tap selection. DFH 90 Minute and other locals are on tap all the time, with seasonal specialties rotating throughout the year. Proper glassware is used whenever possible. Food is excellent, with my personal favorites being their burger sampler and house wings (which are breaded twice, baked and fried, and are absolutely delicious). Staff is friendly though occasionally misinformed... their favorite ploy is claiming that Brooklyn Monster Ale is 15% ABV. While the overall beer variety is not stellar, the few good ones you can find on tap, combined with the good cuisine, makes it a necessary stop for the lover of heavy American food and strong American craft beer in the Bethel area.
