Bryggeri Skovlyst

Lovely location in the forrest. About 25km North of Copenhagen. Outdoor seating which is super nice when the weather is good. Food is mostly traditional Danish open faced rye bread sandwiches, and they are delicious. Selection is eight beers on tap. All good quality but nothing special. A bit boring actually. If you sit outside, you have to get your beers at the bar, and at one point there were a twenty minute line. Not good enough

Very Nice cosey brewpub in the middel of a forrest. Great outdoor seatings. Childrens playground. 8 taps. Severel unik. 8 bottles availeble. Beers not that great.

Great patio and a big and nice looking restaurant indoors. The service was good, and the food as well with a heavy focus on smørrebrød for lunch. The selection was somewhat limited, though, with 6-7 taps and around ten bottles. Most of the beer on at my visit can be bought in supermarkets. The food was a bit expensive.

Visited this place several times. Placed in the forest it can be a bit tricky to get to. It´s more a restaurent, but has a brewery on the premises as well. Great outdoor seating area as well. Besides beers on tap, they have a small bottle selection as well, and you can take beers away as well, both the bottles and you can buy the tap beers in growlers..

Big restaurant-like place with clear hints that this is a family friendly place, not a boozer. But it’s a lovely setting in the woods, and there’s a good opportunity to try some limited edition brews that never show up in the supermarkets or beer stores.

Set in the middle of a forest, the Bryggeri Skovlyst is very hygge indeed. When I went there there was slow service, but someone was having a wedding reception, so it seemed understandable. Sampled 6 beers, a couple of which were good- the IPA and there regular beer particularly- but nothing amazing.

Nice place in the forest. Not all Skovlyst are available on tap, and you cannot have the bottle versions on the location. I haven’t tried the food. Staff in bar has no knowledge of the brew, but the brewery can be recommended anyway for its relaxes atmosphere and the original woodbrews.

Beautiful located in Hareskoven. Brewpub and restaurant. Good service with friendly staff. Tasted their barbecue, that was quit good and some tasters as well.
