Small cozy modern place right next to Restobieres. They are part of a food coop and everything is veggie, a nice change from the carbonnade, dried sausages and cheese that had dominated my diet on this Brussels trip. Food is tasty and creative, staff is friendly and prices are good. They had Saison Dupont on tap which was amazing. A nice stop.

Small vegetarian canteen with a small but selected beer carte. Quite cheap and friendly place.

Located in a very cosy part of the Marollen/Brussels. Bit Paris like. Oh wait, isn’t Brussels the little sister city of Paris... Anyways small and cosy place with nice seats outside. Lot of atmosphere. Small but very good beer card. And cheap as hell! Friendly folks and food smells good! One of the cheapest beer cards: with Orval, Dupont and other goods! Absolutely worth a visit with 3 other top places within the 400 meter vicinity!

I could be wrong but it looked as though this might have shut recently due to the building being for sale. Would appreciate confirmation or hopefully a rebuttal.

Another stop off on the Brussels pub crawl. The Girardin lambics on tap is the reason to visit - and the kriekenlambic was drinking extremely well. Simple food and service was pressured due to being a busy afternoon. They also open early so you can enjoy lambic for breakfast. Worth a look...

Despite slow service and noisy children we spent some time here on our day in Brussels. The cheese platter was excellent. The lambics consumed were also excellent. It could do with more depth of beers and less noise but other than that it’s a good place. I would have to go at a quieter time to appreciate it properly. Thanks, Harrisoni for entering this. I would have had no idea otherwise.

Went upstairs on a Sunday afternoon. No less than 18 kids up there - but hey this is Belgium and not England so the kids were well behaved and did as they were told. Service not the quickest but the beer selection was good and all enjoyed Girardin Kriekenlambic. Food of a good standard to. There was an even an acoustic bass guitar in the corner to pluck. If only it hadn’t been a leftie model...

Allthough the service was a little slow and the place was full of children, the Girardin Kriekenlambic more than made up for it. Very reasonable price for such a great beer too. Just would have liked more of them if the service had been faster.
