Visited several times. Nice bar downstairs, with a nice, although not very large, selection of beers both on tap and bottles. Excelled in Belgian beers. The brasserie had very nice food, and brilliant beer pairings. One of the best combos ever was the raspberry liquorice parfait, paired with a bottle of Rochefort 10. Heaven! Staff was fairly knowledgeable, and although slow the service was ok. Very sad to see this place close, but hopefully it will make a strong comeback.

Visited July 2014. A really nice selection of lovely Belgian beers. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Been there one time. Nice "hyggeligt" place. Has a fine selection of good beers.

Visited in 2013. Nice cozy place with mostly belgian beers if I remember correctly. Nice selection. Only downside was that the service was non existant. I saw a couple of people leave since they didn’t get to order and I was just about to leave when I finally got some attention. The place was almost empty with one bartender that spent most of the time in the kitchen (I think).

A fab place for food and beer pairing. Nice outside yard, cosy staff and some nic ebelgians on tap here. Have a nice restaurant also. Had some barfood ere moule and frites in geuze and steak and frites. Big plus for Westmalle and some geuze on tap

Visited a Saturday night, November 2013. Nicely tucked away in a courtyard just a few steps from one of the central squares in Copenhagen, Kongens Nytorv. Nice, non-smoking, dimly lit bar in the basement with a variety of German, Czech beer on tap and a wider selection of Belgian beers. Both classics and less renowned. Selection on tap is complemented by a refrigerator with more classics. The restaurant upstairs offers a menu with a few dishes on, we had their seasonal menu with the matching beers. Food was excellent and the beer pairing as well. Attentive staff with good knowledge of the beers. Well worth a visit for the excellent food and beer pairing. Will definitely go there again.

Cosy dimly lit bar is very welcoming and intimate when we visited but can imagine allot busier/louder on other nights. It also shares a courtyard outside which was pretty busy on second visit (down to the good weather) Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the selection of beer (obviously heavily Belgian influenced) Prices are pretty much good considering the high abv of many of their offerings, and lots of choices of draught or bottles. Will definitely factor "the Tattooed widow" when planning nights out from now on (especially if in the mood for some great Belgian beers)

Stopped in here for a late night session. Pretty spacious place located in a courtyard off a busy street. The tap selection’s almost entirely Belgian, as is the bottle list. This isn’t a bad thing, but we didn’t really travel to Copenhagen to drink Westmalle. The service was kind. The prices were fair. Overall, it might be a look in if you’re in the area, but I don’t see this as an essential stop for the visiting beer tourist.

Visited several times, more in the past than lately. The very first beertasting I attended was here, where Rene was doing the tasting. There is are bar downstairs and restaurant is upstairs, in summertime, there are outdoor seatings. Friendly service, cosy atmosphere and a nice selection of beers, both on tap and in bottles as well. They do some rather nice food as well, often with beer involved..

Pub with restaurant near Kgs. Nytorv. Mainly beers from Belgium on taps. Nice selection that is changing from time to time. In the restaurant it is possible to have a 5 course menu with a special beer to each course.
