Remember this place, been here a few times, but closed down unfortunately. It looked a bit middle aged and it was a very nice space sacrificed to sell beers. He had quite some Belgium and English beers. Some items were high priced but I always left here with a bottle with some dark tag. The date thing was indeed a thing to look out for, but they also had a special place with passed date items. Luckily we have the Mitra now!

Very spacious store and good selection. Located outside of city centre but it was only about 30 minutes walk.

Great selection but expensive and indeed the best before date is something to watch out for.

Quiet and fairly shop with a decent selection. Geuzes and krieks available, but very expensive, you’re not robbed with the other beers. Watch out for the best before dates.
