An expansion of the Robert Gillow pub, this bottle shop is down a side street best found by first finding the Sun Hotel - it’s no more than 50 yards away from it. It was very much in its infancy when I entered, with many of the bottle selection occupying floor space rather than shelves, although the wine section in the back room seemed to be be more complete in its presentation. The bottles are apparently cheaper here than in the pub, however it’s not cheap, although the selection is greater. They also plan to sell online in the coming months. They have a fair local selection but there’s many bottles from US brewers here too.
