You come here for the food, BUT they do have a nice moderate sized quality beer menu. Primarily bottles available. The food is very very good. They have a few specials that make the somewhat high prices more tolerable --- like a nice three coarse lunch special and various specials throughout the week. A great place, first, for a great meal, where you can also have a great beer.

I read up on this and decided to visit with my wife while in Vegas. Expensive for sure, but the food was exquisite and the service was exceptional. It was a dining experience for sure! I had an Orval with my BBQ Shrimp w/ Blue Cheese cole slaw. Nice that they served it in an Orval Chalice. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a nice dinner meal paired with beer or wine. FYI...the Orval set me back $12 and our 3 course prix fix meals (2 of them) were about $160 after tax and tip.

Nice place in a strip mall. Decent selection of beer, seemed to concentrate on Belgians. Food was good, but I expected better for the price. Beer suggestions with the meals was a nice touch. Serivice was a little slow, but they were busy and the food did arrive quickly.

This is an excellent restaurant that prides itself on pairing courses with beer. They have a decent selection (for a restaurant), including some good domestic microbrews and several Belgian ales. The waiters are fairly beer-knowledgeable and quite friendly.

I agree with Fantomas23, this was one of the BEST meals I have ever had. The food is the star here, but the beer list is very good. A few decent Domestics but the primary beers here are belgian style ales. THey have several different kinds of Unibroe beers as well as many other beers from Belgium. The service is incredibly good. They know beer and know how to pair it with foods. This is truly a treasure in Vegas and worth the drive off the strip.

Quite simply: the best meal I have ever had. Rosemary’s is about 8 miles off the Strip. Undoubtedly, it is worth the trip. It is upscale and the service is impeccable. But still, the atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious. The beer selection covered the appropriate territories from Trappiste ales to lambics to stouts to saisons. The menu features a five course meal with either beer or wine pairings. Guess which I went for? Anyway, the five course prix fixe ($90) was well matched and I was absolutely won over when my opening course of a spicy andouille gumbo was matched perfectly with Weihenstephaner Korbinian. Another highlight was when the Master of Beer (since I don’t think there is an equivalent to the fancy word "sommelier") came over to explain why he chose Unibroue Maudite to match the main course. Oh, and the dessert tray had five different offerings (yes, served at once) all paired with a Framboise. The quality and value of this meal was unsurpassed. I figure that if I were to have had the same offering back on the Strip that I would have spent at least twice as much.....and that probably would not have included the beer!

Had a good meal here the last night we were in Vegas, though way off the strip. Had a sierra nevada pale ale on draft and a Unibroe out of the bottle. Trois I think. Our waiter was alright. Thing were real good though service suffered as they got busier. Definately worth a visit for a nice meal away from the strip. Should of reviewed sooner than now as I was in Vegas in October 04.

As the name of the place states this is a restaurant first and formost. both locations have a bar to enjoy tapas and drinks before eating or just stopping by. the food is exceptional. a little bit of everything, what they call european bistro cuisine. has been voted best restaurant in vegas a couple of times and is moderately to high priced. however, the cooks and owners do have an affinity for good beer and wine. ya, were used to seeing the wine list but not this beer list. mostly german and belgium beers and american counterparts. they had chimay cinq cents(white) ON TAP at the sahara location last time i was there. very nice! monthly they have a full course meal with beer pairings with each course, very, very nice!! from the top of my head some of the beers i remember: ayinger, triple karmeleit, chimay, maudite, ommegang, boon, dupont, orval, blanche de chambly and they had a king and barnes christmas beer (which i had never seen).....if your looking for an exceptional meal and want your beer this is the place. forget the wine, you can drink that anywhere.
