Pretty much what is said below. 4 beers on tap that are brewed at the pub and are only avialable at the pub. All beers are good and the Pilsner and stout are exceptional. Very central and good prices. Cafe on first floor makes it an easy place to just pop in for a few minutes if you just want to try the beer.

Inside the Kirin Plaza Building there is a combined art and beer place. Gallery and art exhibitions on the 4th and 6th floor, studio on the 5th floor, restaurant on the 3rd floor serving both Japanese and Western food, brewery & café on the 1st floor with an interesting microbrewery serving fresh brewed beer. The designs are by Shin Takamatsu, a quite famous Japanese controversial architects. Great place for drinking beer!
